Our agreements not only contain no provision Chestnut barring any airline from Hill making any fare available through any channel, Hotel they contain Chestnut an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit that no airline is prevented from making any fare it chooses available through any channel it chooses. Our agreement contains a non-discrimination clause by which those airlines that will receive the indirect discount on the Hill CRS booking fee agree in return to make available on any fare they publish Hotel and make available to the general Chestnut public through Hill any other channel. But that of course does not Hotel preclude them from offering any Chestnut fare through any other channel.

We Hill will Hotel provide consumers with a complete selection of all available airfares and travel itineraries. We have developed cutting edge technology to Chestnut and Hill deliver these options to the consumer Hotel and promises Chestnut to offer the Hill lowest prices anywhere. Our business plan is ambitious. Instead of relying on traditional computer reservation Hotel systems, We are building our own search technology. We plan to give users access to every airline fare, including those available only on the Internet. Travelers will be able to search for flights that leave from alternate airports, Chestnut within 25 or more Hill miles from their primary airport. Or they could choose alternate Hotel dates and see whether leaving a day later or earlier could yield substantial savings.
